Get label by ID or Name in javascript

Hi, in "Nintex Forms Online" how can I get a label by it's "ID or Name" and create an "info balloon" on mouse over?

If you are talking about a Classic Form( and NOT a responsive form), you can set it here:

and then for your baloon you must write some javascript.
