Hi,

How can I setup a flow with a condition:

For example:

I have a form with a field called "Manager". Manager can be "Manager A", "Manager B", "Manager C" etc. Depending who you choose as Manager, because there are many Managers in the organization.

 

How can I set up a flow for example if "Manager A" has approved a task than automatically an email is sent out to a "specific person" who works for Manager A.

 

So, John (Manager) has approved a task and Ann will receive an Email

David (Manager) has approved a task and Kevin will receive an Email

etc...

Hi Adam,

I could think of the following. You could create a lookup list "departments".

This list has three columns: department(text), manager(user) and employees(user)

instead of selecting a User you could have a lookup and select a department. The workflow then looks up the manager and the other people for the selected department and notifies them.

would that be an option?
