I'd like to rename a file within a SharePoint online document library by using the Office 365 update item action. The new file name is stored within a text variable txtFileName. Here is the setup of the Office 365 update item action :

+17I can't remember everything about this, but I've seen it before.
Do you have to checkout/checkin a document?
Secondly, have you tried copy item and giving it a new name versus update existing item? Then you can delete the old(current) item with the old name.
