Does this work for site(collections) that have external sharing disabled? Was pretty sure it would be a pre-requisite, but doesn't hurt to ask or get greedy and hence the question.

Hi Swetha,
Yes, the Send An Email action will still work for site collections with external sharing disabled. You are still able to send emails to accounts outside your tenancy using this action.
