Hi,

I'm using Classic forms and in the form there are five single line text controls (called From  Style 1 - From Style 5)where the user fills one or more boxes depending on the requirement. 

In the same form further down , I have repeating section and inside that I have choice a control(configured as a drop down ). I need to populate this drop down from the values the user enters in the five single line text boxes above. 

I believe I have to use Javascript for this but I'm not familiar with it. Appreciate if someone could help  to achieve this.
