When using the DocuSign Send Document action I receive the authorization request, but when I click to approve the request I receive a "This request has expired or was previously completed" message. When checking my workflow history the log says the workflow is suspended and "The service request has been denied."

 

Any ideas on why I might be receiving this error when attempting to approve new authorizations?
