Hi,

I'm using the Document Generation action to create a Word document and that's all working fine, but I'm wondering if it is possible to pass in a rich text field and retain it's formatting?

The column I'm using is multi-line text set as enhanced rich text.

Thanks

Jan

I tried hard to achieve this....but with no result.

The problem is that Word has no web browser capability so it cannot render HTML.

Thanks, yes I'd come to the same conclusion. This would be a great feature to add in though.

Just incase anyone search on this, rich text is now supported in Document Generation.
