I have created a new responsive form with multiple pages, but have found that I can not add a submit button to any of the first pages. It can only appear on the last page.
I need a submit button as soon as I complete the details on the first page in order to start an approval process.
So I have moved all of my form controls to the first page, published then tried to delete the excess pages.
But if I do this it deletes the controls that were on those pages from the first page.
