You provided not enough information to help you anyhow. The correlation ID is the information you should provide to Microsoft asking them to get you ULS log for that ID. There you will find more detailed information. It usually takes 2 days for the MS Support to answer.

Have you +1 request review actions . If so, do the other forms also show you the same error? If not, delete the action and create it from scratch.

The whole process, I have configured here +1, and then approval form request review can not be submitted, but some of the process with the same control of the approval node can be submitted.Why?
