copy content types and workflows to another SharePoint Site

Question

Can you copy a Nintex Form that has content types and the workflow to another SharePoint Site.

We have three sites within SharePoint

1. Development Site

2. Test Site

3. Live Site

I have a Nintex Form that has content type with a work flow for each content, I would like to take a copy of these from the live site and put into the Development site for further testing and developing.

Is this Possible in SharePoint?

It is possible with some vendors tools like Sharegate or Metalogix

Thank you for this information, Sadly we don't have Sharegate or Metalogix currently.

But looking at Sharegate, it might be worth investing in.
