Hi,

I'm using O365 Classic forms. I have a three tier cascading drop down with hierarchy Division->Category->Brands. The drop downs work fine in the "New" mode and all the values are populated correctly and once submitted the values are saved correctly to the SP list as well. 

 

Once submitted the workflow sends the item first to  Assistant Ops Manager and then to Commercial Manager for approval. The workflow is not designed with a task step for these approvals and uses the list form to complete actions. 

The problem is, sometimes when the list form is opened in "Edit " mode by the Assistant Ops or Commercial Manager for approval, the Brands drop down doesn't get loaded with the saved value  from the list. When you refresh the page few times the value gets populated. 

 

Appreciate any help to overcome this issue.
