Quick question,

 

Where does the WorkList control get it's Date/Time region settings? In regards to displaying fields such as the Due Date.

 

Simple I know - I might be going blind but I couldn't find format options against this control or a global setting in K2 Management?

You should be able to configure this in the Working Hours section of Management which can be found by expanding Workflow Server -> Working Hours. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
