Hello All

How can we setup a task expected duration.

My workflow starts and moves to  TASK 1 which is with a user and i want Task need to be completed in 2 days from the date  task is assigned.

I configured deadline as show in attachment.In my tasklist and workspace i see 
workflow expected suration

activity expected duration

event expected duration

 

How can i showcase this.I can show on my task list tast start date but nowhere task end date.If task start date is  29/04/2018 as per my rule task end date need to show as 01/05/2018

 

Taks end date=Task start date+2days

 

Can someone help me as i need to show case task end date

If i understand your asking, there is no deadline property in the K2 Worklist (Task list) control. I suggest that you log a feature request to ideas.k2.com.


You might be able to set an expected duration on some steps in the worklfow and use that to calculate a due date. From that point, the values can then be stored in an external business system (i.e. SQL table) and can populate in email notifications or K2 forms. Perhaps this might work for you.
