As part of a workflow, I need to assign a task to seperate teams depending on the value of a dropdown (17 entries). I am trying to avoid creating splitting the flow for each entry and am considering creating one task and assigning to the respective team using the recepient rule. My main query is: Does the recepient rule restrict access to the task ? If the rule sends the task to team 1. Will team 2 be able to access the task if they manage to obtain the link.
