I dont know if I understand you question very well. Maybe you can give more information on this if my reply doesn't help.

There are few ways you can access forms with k2, via Url,Mobile and Workspace , If your form contains an itemView , when you open workspace, your ItemView will not have previous information?

If you want to see previous entries when you open Workspace I suggest using a ListView to get previous information from a smartObject(smartBox/External Database). 

I would also recommend that you go through the following link on How to create a listView
