Can anyone help with how to upgrade K2 Exchange Services client so it is not using legacy authentication?

When we started out with K2 we were using Blackpearl 4.7 with Exchange 2013.

We have since upgraded K2 to 5.2 and are using Exchange Online in K2 (our Exchange environment is hybrid Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online).

Microsoft is removing support for TLS1.0 and 1.1 and we need to move towards removing any connections that are still using these protocols. Our K2 email services are coming up on the reports for TLS1.0/1.1 usage, using ExchangeServicesClient/15.00.0913.015 and I'm not sure how to upgrade K2 to use TLS1.2.

Hi  @RLP,

Please refer to following KB article on how to configure TLS 1.2 on your K2 Five environment:

These are upgrades of Exchage TLS1.0/1.1 - 1.2 in according to Microsoft and may apply in your secenario listed above.

Enjoy :-)
