I'm getting following error while access K2 Application for SharePoint list( from ribbon area).

 

“Unexpected response from server. The status code of response is '500'. The status text of response is 'System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException'.”

 

And I tried with following options but no luck.

 

1. Removed the Transaction log of K2 Database

2. Restarted the K2 Service
3. Restarted the IIS in both the Servers(SharePoint & K2)

4. Restarted the both the Physical Servers(SharePoint & K2) too
5. Updated the Anti-Virus(up to date)

 

Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. Your response would be greatly appreciated.
