There are multiple root elements and | Community

I've spotted quite a lot of errors in Management showing processes with the following:

There are multiple root elements, Line 1, position xxxxxx

and also this:

Data at the root level is invalid, line 1. position 1

Any ideas?

Are they all errored at the same point?

Maybe check the thing that the error is reporting as failing - if it is a SmartObject it could be that the definition is corrupted. https://community.nintex.com/t5/Archived-K2-Forum-Posts/Error-quot-multiple-root-elements-quot-after-importing/td-p/181258

Use the SmO tester to have a look.
