Using K2 v5.3

 

Simple reminder escalation on a Client event if not actioned.

 

But getting the error shown above in the Workflow and goes no further?

 

Any ideas?

How did you set reminder on client event? for my idea, you may add new variables in workflow, it called DateReminder, then before send task to the client events, using 'Set Variables' event to added or subtracted datetime value, then you can use 'DateReminder' to set reminder in client event.

On the client event - its an Event escalation, which is set to 5 days. I'm using the Work hours - Zone - then my own zone which causes the issue.

 

If i use the default zone or none, the error does not occur.

I suspect this is a bug as My Working Hours Zone item has end time 1.00:00:00 (changed after k2 migration)

 

What should be the correct start and end time for a 24 cycle starting and end at midnight when setting up a Working Hours Zone for each week day?
