Hi All

 

I thought this was possible but for some reason it doesnt work for me.

I want to add some simple HTML formatting to the task reminder email which I'm generating

For example <b>this text should be in BOLD<b>

 

When I get the email the HTML is ignored and is just displayed as normal text with the tags

 

I'm positive I've been able to do this before?

This could be the problem... however we are using K2 Cloud so not able to apply such HotFix

I will probably need to contact K2 Support

The mentioned KB bug was fixed a longtime ago and shipped in K2 Cloud Update 6, K2 Cloud is currently on Update 8 and upgrading to update 9.
