We want to track SLA in a workflow we designed in K2. The aim is to calculate and show that the tasks are done within a specified time interval and how much time is left. And the important thing here is that these time calculations are made according to working time. For example, if this time does not run during the lunch break or Actions need to be taken, such as stopping a task when it returns. Has anyone worked on this issue? Working time makes things a little difficult. I would like to thank those who can give their ideas in advance.
