Security , Management well all tabs disappeared from workspace

Please contact support to be provided SQL queries to reset the workspace permissions directly from the K2 database.

If you have a K2 account, please go to http://portal.k2.com/


Log a support ticket: Support Menu -> Support Ticket -> New Ticket

Can you log in to the workspace using the k2 service account. Hopefully you can then add your account to the security tab


have done it but no success



How to reset permissions on k2 workspace



  1.  

    1. Truncate [ActionPermission] table will reset all the permissions. Query: TRUNCATE TABLE [K2].[Workspace].[ActionPermission]

    2. After truncate, restart K2 service.

How do you restart the K2 service?

If your server is running as a service, runservices.msc to open the Services Manager, look for K2 blackpearl server, right-click on it, and you will be able to start, stop, or restart the service.
