I have some users reporting they cannot see "Save" (floppy disk icon)  button  on K2 5 designer - only "Finish" button is seen... we tried in IE and chrome...

what would be the reson for the Save button not visible. 

 

The category security is set to All inhertiace   for everyone.....

Have you tried clearing the browser cache, then close and reopen the browser? How about trying Designer in other browsers?

You can also consider running a cumulative update: https://help.k2.com/kb003167

 

K2 environment updated by installing the latest cumulative update, and that you test this update before you deploy to a production environment.

 

 


It might also  be disabled for certain/selective form states involving that users or inline with workflow tasks, please verify and do iisreset.

I think the fact that this is affecting certain users, this might be the browser issue. kindly upgrade the version of the browser to the latest version, let me know if the issue has been resolve, Check those users if they can use mozilla FireFox without issues that they are expiriencing on IE and Chrome.
