Is it possible to retrieve the values provided by a DocuSign recipient?

For example, our current workflow allows some vendors to provide their DBA (doing business as), TIN, etc through DocuSign. We receive the final signed document, yet I want to use the values they entered in the workflow so update our finance system and populate some metadata (SharePoint).

I thought that given a specific Tab id, one of the Tab methods would return the "Value" , yet the return properties do not have anything like that. The DocuSign site have all these values in the Form values section (figure).
