We offer a language pack that will allow you to use the form and workflow designer in whatever your selected language is. Per the Language Pack documentation, when the Language Pack is installed for Smartforms, "At runtime, all static text (such as tooltips, watermarks and popups) displayed on the standard, out-of-the-box Controls will render in the determined language", i.e. labels and controls not pulled from a data source (SQL, SmartBox, etc) will be displayed in the language of your choice. If your data entries are written in a language aside from English, the entries will then be displayed in that language.
