We have a SmartObject Method that is joining one SmartObject with the Process Instance : List Process Instances - Workflow Reporting in order to display a view showing workflow status / process status.

 

The view is consistently erroring out with a message of 'Process Instance' table does not exist.

Does anybody have any suggestions or different options for us to connect to? 

 

My K2 Admin has to restart the K2 Service for it to function again.

I would check if the Process Instance Smartobject can be executed from Management page.



When executing the method in Management it also errors out but after the K2 Admin restarts the server/services it will run again.

 

I'm asking for a possible replacement that would work on a consistent basis instead of having to troubleshoot it every day.
