Hi All,

I want to provide list view details in email to service desk.

Is there any way to send the details?

NB: Service desk doesn't support HTML format

Enjoy.

Hi  @AJ_90

I would recommend that you use the add as pdf control and a button that when you click on it will save the form containing that list view as  pdf, Then when you configure the send email step in your workflow attach that pdf.

Have a look at this the documentation on how to use the save as pdf control here and a video on how to generate pdf from a form here

If the view contains other information that you dont want to send to the service desk, I suggest that when that button is clicked, it should have a rule/rules to hide things that you dont want to expose, then save the form as a pdf and lastly reverse those rules that hide other elements in the form to make them visible again. All this should be done one after another.

Please Kudo if this was helpful or mark as Solution if it solved your problem :-)
