Hi,

I am using K2 for SharePoint 2016. While creating package from K2 server am getting following error,

  • 'List name' service object referencing the 'List name' could not be found
  • 'List name' service object referencing the 'Field name' could not be found

I tried following options to resolve the above issue,

  • Activated the Site collection again
  • Regenerated the smartobjects for all the list.

Need a help to resolve this.  Any one has solution or suggestion?

Thank you.

Hi,

Just out of curiousity, are you getting the same error with a new SharePoint List?

What is the version of your K2? If K2 version is 4.7, i recommend getting the Nov CU + its latest FP (https://help.k2.com/kb002077)

The error seems to reference a Decision List, are you referencing the SmartObject created from this List anywhere in your solution? You can try to run through Registration Wizards again. This will refresh the  SharePoint SharePoint 2013 service instance in the back end.

Lastly, issue might be related to this Community KB (https://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/ListSetting-That-could-not-be-found-error-when-using-PandD-MMC/ta-p/95389).  You might want to log a support case for this.
