K2 is unable to process the smart action approvals. It is working fine, if the approvals are through the form.

Can you please help on this.

Thanks,

Hi  @pnelli ,

Please check if you are seeing the error below in the HostServer log:

61012 Exception from message source [SmartAction Email account]: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at SourceCode.MessageBus.Ews.ExchangeWebServicesConnection.OnMessageReceived(MessageType item) at SourceCode.MessageBus.Ews.ExchangeWebServicesConnection.<>c__DisplayClass29_0.b__2(Object s, FindItemCompletedEventArgs e) at SourceCode.MessageBus.Ews.ExchangeWebServicesConnection.OnMessageReceived(MessageType item) at SourceCode.MessageBus.Ews.ExchangeWebServicesConnection.<>c__DisplayClass29_0.b__2(Object s, FindItemCompletedEventArgs e)

This exception occurs as K2 is unable to process MyAnalytics emails received by the SmartActions mailbox and causes SmartActions to stop processing all emails that come through. We do not cater for emails from the MyAnalytics feature for O365.

To resolve the issue, you'd need to delete the emails that have the subject 'MyAnalytics' in it from the SmartActions Inbox. To prevent this from resurfacing, please install the K2 Five (5.2) May 2019 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 26 to apply the fixhttps://help.k2.com/kb003444
