Hello Mates,

I would like to integrate K2 Five (on-premise) with DocSign. I had follow the official K2 + DocSign documenation to register servier instance with K2 Five. but while doing registration i am getting error " Validation Unable to connect remote server" 

Can you please let me knwo what will be the issue,

What will be the REST API URL .Currently i am enter url as  https://demo.docusign.net

How i will get the REST API URL from my DocSign Account.

I just did a quick test with a demo account and was able to register successfully. In the past, I have seen this issue, and it could be related to internet proxy setting for the K2 Service Account. Can you check if there are any internet proxy settings configured on the account? If no internet is allowed for the K2 service account or the account that is used to register the DocuSign, then it will not be possible to provision the smartobjects and service instance for DocuSign.

Thanks for your reply. We had enable proxy to connect internet but i dont find anything which restrict service account.
Can you please confirm REST API Url

I am using REST API URl is - https://demo.docusign.net

For Docusign developer sandbox account, the default url is https://demo.docusign.net. It will try to authenticate with Docusign via this url (https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2/login_information?include_account_id_guid=.....)
Are you using Docusign free developer sandbox account? I would recommend setting up (it's free) and you can test the integration. If the integration does not work, then it's an issue with internet proxy that will probably need your network team's involvement.
