Any one in the community has have issue with PDFConverterService Failing with an error message 'Failed to convert HTML to PDF'?

 

This only started after we upgraded to K2 Five 5.3. Prior to the upgrade, we've hadn't had any issues.

 

Eventlog message:

Service: PDFConverterService
Severity: Error
Error Message: Failed to convert HTML to PDF.
InnerException Message:
Service: PDFConverterService
Severity: Error
Error Message: Failed to convert URL to PDF.
InnerException Message:
Service: PDFConverterService
Severity: Error
Error Message: Conversion error: WebKit Navigation timeout.
InnerException Message:

The actual error message is "Webkit navigation timeout". You can try the steps in this KB (https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt131336) and see if it works.

changed the Smartforms URL Environment field to use the Server name.


 


or if the statement above does not resolve your problem, try below statement


 


Using correct proxy settings for K2 service account's browser must fix the issue.
