Hi ElmPMO,


 


Which browser are you using to install this Smart Start? Is the behavior the same across browsers?


 


If so, if you press F12 and take a network trace while trying to install (go to the "Network" tab of the window that pops up, and click the green play arrow), do you see any errors? If you see a 401 error, this may have something to do with permissions of the account you are installing the smart starter from.
