You can start by making use of roles: http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/K2Five/UserGuide/5.3/default.htm#K2-Management-Site/User_Management/Roles.htm

via the role assignment i.e. a role is assigned the task and never a user, therefore, it’s easy to remove/add users to the role across all instances or per instance.

You can also create a dynamic role and add users as per normal

Open your destination rule -> Select ‘Plan Per Destination -> All at once’ and click next.

Select ‘Resolve roles and groups to users’ and ‘Create slot per destination’

Very important – Select ‘Keep roles synchronized’

After an instance has started and you need to add a user to the destinations, add the user to the role.

The ‘Keep roles synchronized’ option will add the user dynamically, and it will recalculate the slot count as soon as the user logs in. Please note though, there might be a 30 second delay depending on when last the new user logged in.

Another option is to assign the work to a single account and manage access to that task via your own custom worklist and role management.

Thanks both for responding. I have used roles and added the dristrubtion group to that role. I was unable to add group to the role when i was searching using group email id. I had to resolve the name of the group and add it to the role.
