How to setup SmartActions For K2 5.7 (Is it even possible)

Hi,

I need assistance how I can setup SmartAction on K2 5.7. I want to be able to reply to an email in order to action a task from the K2 Workflow. I should be able to reply with an organization email with a specific task to action task without having to click on the link then a button from the form to action. 

 

I cannot get any support for this current version, anyone to assist. Help will be appreciated!

SmartActions is certainly possible with K2 5.7.

You will need Exchange; either on-premise or online and a mailbox:

I assume you already have a K2 5.7 server and want to enable it?  You can run the Setup Manager > Configure, enable Exchange Integration, and then the SmartActions wizard would become available for enabling it.
