Can anyone please let me know how to send an email reminder for a dynamic users list which will be filter out based on other parameters. I can send the email for unfiltered resultset using JOIN operator and All items as a collection  but not for filtered result set. Attached picture.

ex: I want to send an email reminder to a deparment heads whose list coming from a smart object where it consists of user FQN varies depends on region.
