How to open K2 form on SharePoint library document set create button | Community

Hello,

Is there any way we can load the k2 form when we create a document set into the Sharepoint library?

I tried checking k2 app setting and saw new form selection is disabled. PFA of screen form k2 app setting.

Thanks for the response but this URL describe the content type form on the SharePoint list. I am looking into Sharepoint library.
