It appears this is a new DocuSign feature that allows one to monitor status changes per envelope, I’m not sure if this is something being exposed in the current DocuSign broker at this time, I’m guessing it has to do with external recipients, one would want to use this webhook feature to monitor the status of the envelope. I suggest maybe creating an idea on http://ideas.k2.com/ to get it implement in a feature release of the product.
