hi all,

 

We use reverse proxy to redirect the intranet url. Then We define a workflow and configure a custom approval form. But when we run the workflow and use Inbox item in the workspace to open the task, we encountered a problem as attachment pic1.png: the right is white blank and the Chrome console alerts error even if we used https protocol for intranet url. And when we try to open the form by using the bar of bottom, it opened a intranet url. Can you tell me how to fix it and how to change the open url for the bar of bottom?

I have seen similar errors, also in Google Chrome when accessing SmartForms.


 


From the screenshot, it looks like your Workspace site is running on HTTPS but your Forms Runtime is on HTTP.


 


I suspect it has to do with how Chrome implements some security settings and redirecting from HTTPS to HTTP sites.


 


Can you try Internet Explorer as well? IE is not that "strict" with redirects. 


 


If you need to change the runtime to HTTPS, you can do it with a reconfigure using the K2 SmartForms Setup.

The Smartforms Runtime URL (http://machinename:81..../Runtime....) is pulling from environment library and can’t be easily changed. If you want to change K2 to use HTTPS, then it will require a re-configuring of K2 Five. This appears similar to the other post that EvanM has replied to you.
