I have already set up the system to "Never, keep the User signed in"  but my users still have to login to the Work space app (on mobile). Where do I need to set additional settings and how?

 

 

 

With the “Never, keep the User Signed” option selected, users do still need to login for the first time but they should not be signed out: Mobile (Nintex.com)



 


Thank you for your response. It should be so. Let me describe about the scenario. First, users open the Work space app (on mobile) and log in. After they complete their task, they close the app. When they reopen the app, they have to log in again. How do I configure the app to prevent users from having to log in again.
