Hi,

 

We need to create the custom list with addional columns in SharePoint 2013/16 using k2 five workflow designer.

 

But we've option only to create list with 'Title' column and not with additional columns.

 

1.  Is there any option to add columns to newly created list using workflow?

2.  Is there any feature/option to copy the List itself with all the columns?

As far as my knowledge goes K2 does not provide an Out Of The Box solution for customizing a SharePoint list in a workflow. The usual method is to customize your lists in SharePoint and let SharePoint update/regenerate your Smart Object. I have tested this and found no workaround for this problem.
