Hi All,

 

Can we change the category of a deployed workflow from Management? I could move the workflow to new category in designer but while deploying it get deployed into old category in Management. Is there any way to change it? 

 

As per the below thread, it is not possible but want to know if there is any workaround.

I believe there is no currently easy way to achieve this, in order to do this maybe perhaps making use of custom code might help but you will be running the risk of putting yourself in an unsupported environment, however, you could kindly use the following links to vote on the idea to restructure the workflows under Management in the workflow server category.

Yes, the folder name where the workflow is originally deployed to remains the same in K2 Management, even if you move the workflow to a different folder in K2 Designer.  There is no supported way to workaround this. An idea has already been created on the Ideas forum: https://ideas.k2.com/ideas/APIT-I-644. Please do give your vote if you want to see this implemented in the future.
