I created a custom role then added some users. When I run the Smartobject Service Tester to debug the method Get Role Users of UMUser, the method can not return all added users even though I run the sql of clear cache. I found that some added users only have FQN value please look at the attachment.
Can you tell me how to resolve this issue?

I’m not quite sure about the SQL script that is used to expired the K2 role. Could you try the Force Identity Service Refresh tool (https://community.k2.com/t5/General-K2-Utilities/Force-Identity-Service-Refresh/ba-p/74061) to expire the role and re-cache it back via Get Role Users method?
Does this role contain any AD groups?
Is this a new brand new K2 role that you recently added?
Can you check the K2 Hostserver log for any related errors?
