I am not sure in which K2 five environment you’re in but if you are using 5.1, I would recommend that you apply fix pack 11 or update your environment to the K2 environment which is K2 5.2. Secondly please see through the following links that provide you with specific instructions on how to configure and install your exchange settings as well as to make use of service brokers that will help you make better use of the exchange feature in management.
