I face an issue when  some  users using the Approve action; it does not return any exceptions, and the K2 workflow does not execute this action

Do you have access to K2 Management? If you go to K2 Management > Workflow Server > Workflows, can you see the workflow name there? If you can and you expand the Workflow causing the issue, then click on the workflow name, on the right hand side you have toolbar options. Click on Errors and let me know if there is something logged there. If there is, send me the error details.
