We want to retrieve all roles for a user.
In blackpearl the URM service purpose the method "Find role"

but this method are not available in K2 Cloud.
How could we retrieve all the roles where the user belong without this method ?

Hi,
I'm still seeing a URM Service on my K2 cloud environment. Go to your Management page > Integration > Service Instances. You should see the URM Service in there. Click on it, and select Generate SmartObjects to generate your own SMO for this service.
There is also an existing UMRole SmartObject you can use. Just click on Integration, and in the list of SmartObjects, search for "UMRole".
The KB article is not using the URM SmartObject, but one called 'User Role' under
SystemManagementUsersSmartObjects
