I just want to know if there is a possibility for K2 smartforms or K2 five workflow to turn on/off track change for a document in SharePoint library?

Unfortunately, OOTB it is not possible to turn on/off the track change setting of a SharePoint library with any Workflow step or SMO calls. Perhaps an idea can be logged at:
