Hi guys!

 

I just wanna ask about how many K2 cloud licenses do we need for this scenario. 

We have 3 people in a workflow that needs to approve documents via email or the forms

We have 1 K2 Developer

 

I know the developer needs 1 K2 license. But for those 3 people who need to approve documents in the workflow, do each of them need a K2 license? Or they can approve without a license?

 

I wanna verify this to report to my manager.
