Our on-premise root certificate server got updated and now the K2 cloud SaaS solution cannot process work flows.  We get this message when trying to validate the service instance.

Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'https://log.local.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc?wsdl&sdkversion=9'.

Service: CXXM_TEST Severity: Error Message: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'log.local.com'. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. InnerException Message:

@chadf

Did you ever resolve this issue?

I would imagine if it is not trusted CA (https://developer.visa.com/pages/trusted_certifying_authorities) but a domain CA, you may have to provide the K2 Cloud server with the new Certificate Chain so that it would see that certificate as trusted, or somehow ignore certificate validation.
