Nintex K2 Five:

 

Our end user set himself out of the office and redirected all tasks to the person he designated. However, the workflow ended up with a different person. I'm not sure how it ended up with a different person or if the out-of-office person was set incorrectly.

 

The question is, is there a way to see how the workflow was redirected to the wrong person or even to access data audit for that redirection setup?

Just noticed you are asking for the Cloud, below is for On-Premise Automation.

Not sure if it applies to Cloud.

 

You can use SmO, Workflow Reports/Workflow General/Helper/Activity Instance Audit.

Put in Process Instance ID.   It shows who/when redirected.

Audit Description

Worklist item eTask Name] redirected from rOriginal ID] to K2: New ID]

 

To review if GotoActivity is used, Workflow Reports/Workflow General/Helper/Process Instance Audit.

Process reset to activity Task 1
