Our current K2 Cloud applications use the K2 Box api which has been troublesome, to say the least, and is being depreciated at the end of the year. We are preparing to replace this with SharePoint integration. Below is our developer’s question:

In our K2 Cloud environment (with the belief that it was not an upgraded environment and was created as a fresh environment in the start), the SharePoint library smart object created on a SP library will be available for use in a normal workflow (which is not created on the SP list/library) by default, if not how to get that to be available there ?
